These Terms of Use (these “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and the Services provided by Web Technologies s.r.o. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SITE OR THE SERVICES. BY ACCESSING THE SITE, CREATING AN ACCOUNT, AND/OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DESCRIBED HEREIN. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT USE THE SITE OR THE SERVICES. THE COMPANY’S ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND/OR THE SERVICES IS EXPRESSLY CONDITIONED UPON YOUR ASSENT TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DESCRIBED HEREIN.

In these Terms, the use of the words “Web Technologies s.r.o.,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to the products and services provided by Web Technologies s.r.o. The words “user,” “you,” and “your” refer to entities that access and/or use the Site or the Services.

“Services” and “Site” refer to the provision of OpenSource software as part of a SaaS (software as a service) offering, such as for example the changedetection.io product/software and all auxiliary and related software and services provided to you. "Services" may also include any product or service sold by Web Technologies s.r.o. on a subscription basis, such as Changedetection.io or other similar offerings. This also includes any future products or services offered by Web Technologies s.r.o., including those currently under development or released as pilot programs. The software is licensed under Apache 2.0, which also applies.

These Terms do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with us. If you are using the Site and/or the Services on behalf of any entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to accept these Terms on such entity’s behalf.

We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms or any policy or guideline of the Site and the Services we offer at any time. We will notify registered users of changes by posting updates to https://webtechnologies.cz/terms-of-service.html . Your use of the Site and the Services will be subject to the most current version of these Terms posted on the Site at the time of your use.

1. Eligibility and Registration Data
You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Services. To use certain features of the Services, you must create an account via a Stripe subscription or another agreed method. By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that any information that you submit is true and accurate, that you are 18 years of age or older, and are fully able and competent to enter into, and abide by these Terms. You further agree to:

(i) provide accurate, current, and complete information about you as may be prompted by any signup, login, and/or registration forms within our registration process (“Registration Data”);
(ii) maintain the security of your password and identification;
(iii) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data, and any other information you provide to us, to keep it accurate, current, and complete;
(iv) accept all risks of unauthorized access to the Registration Data and any other information you provide to us;
(v) notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security by emailing us at contact@webtechnologies.cz . Use of the Services is void where prohibited.
(vi) accept all liability for any use of your account or details through our Services to access or interact with third-party websites. You agree that Web Technologies s.r.o. is not liable for any actions, damages, or consequences arising from such access or use, including, but not limited to, misuse or unauthorized actions performed on such third-party websites.

2. Free Trial
Web Technologies s.r.o. may offer free trials for selected features of the Services. Once your free trial period ends, your ability to access some or all of the Services will terminate. Web Technologies s.r.o. reserves the right to determine if you are eligible for a free trial and to discontinue any free trial without notice for any or no reason.

3. Fees and Payment; No Refunds
Web Technologies s.r.o. may now or in the future charge a fee for certain service offerings, either on a one-time or subscription basis. When you purchase a service that has a fee, you will have an opportunity to review and accept the fees that you will be charged, which Web Technologies s.r.o. may change from time to time. Changes to the fee schedule are effective upon posting the changes on the Site. Web Technologies s.r.o. may choose to temporarily change the fees for services for promotional events or new services, and such changes are effective when such temporary promotional events or new services are posted on the Site.

When you purchase any service that has a fee, you authorize Web Technologies s.r.o. or its third-party payment processor, Stripe, to charge the credit card identified by you for the full amount of the applicable fees and all applicable taxes, and you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use such credit card for the purpose of purchasing such service. You further authorize Web Technologies s.r.o. to store your credit card information securely in Stripe. If Web Technologies s.r.o. does not receive payment from your credit card provider, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand and acknowledge that Web Technologies s.r.o. may suspend your access to the Services if such amounts are not timely paid.

All sales are final, and Web Technologies s.r.o. will not issue any refunds, including refunds for prepaid monthly fees. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars.

4. Use Restrictions; Limited License
You may access and use the Site and/or the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.

You are granted a limited, non-sublicensable license to access the Site and use the Services, and electronically view, copy (except where prohibited without a license), and print hard copies of portions of the Site Materials (except Third-Party Content) for your personal, informational, internal, commercial, and non-commercial use only.

You shall not:
(i) resell the Services or the Site Materials (or any portion thereof), unless expressly authorized in writing by Web Technologies s.r.o.;
(ii) distribute, publicly perform, or publicly display any Site Materials (or any portion thereof);
(iii) modify or otherwise make any derivative uses of the Site, the Services, or the Site Materials (or any portion thereof);
(iv) use any data mining, scraper, spider, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction methods to access, monitor, or copy any Site Materials or other content or information used by the Site or the Services;
(v) violate the restrictions in any robot exclusion headers on the Site or the Services or bypass or circumvent other measures used to prevent or limit access to the Site or the Services;
(vi) take any action that imposes, or may impose, in our sole discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;
(vii) deep-link to any portion of the Services for any purpose, unless expressly authorized in writing by Web Technologies s.r.o.;
(viii) “frame,” “mirror,” or otherwise incorporate any part of the Site or the Services into any other website, unless expressly authorized in writing by Web Technologies s.r.o.; or
(ix) use the Site, the Services, or the Site Materials other than for their intended purpose and as expressly permitted by these Terms.

5. User Content
The Site may now or in the future allow users to select, input, upload, and/or share information and data in connection with the Services and allows you or other users to post, link, store, and/or otherwise make available a wide variety of information, text, and/or other materials to the user or others in connection with the use of the Services or otherwise (collectively, “User Content”).

You are solely responsible for your use of any User Content and use such User Content at your own risk. By posting any User Content, you represent and warrant that you:
(i) own and control all of the rights to the User Content that you post, or otherwise have the lawful right to distribute and reproduce such User Content;
(ii) grant Web Technologies s.r.o. an irrevocable, worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display such User Content.

Web Technologies s.r.o. reserves the right, but does not assume the obligation, to monitor, review, and edit User Content for compliance with these Terms. Web Technologies s.r.o. assumes no liability for any User Content submitted by you or any other users.

6. Third-Party Links
The Site and Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Web Technologies s.r.o. These links are provided for your convenience only. Web Technologies s.r.o. has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

You acknowledge and agree that:
(i) Web Technologies s.r.o. is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from your access to or use of third-party websites or services;
(ii) you access third-party websites entirely at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions.

7. Modifications to the Services
Web Technologies s.r.o. reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Services (or any portion thereof) at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. You acknowledge that Web Technologies s.r.o. may update or upgrade features, functionality, or other aspects of the Services.

You agree that Web Technologies s.r.o. will not be liable for any modifications, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.

8. Term and Termination
These Terms remain effective until terminated by you or Web Technologies s.r.o.

You may terminate these Terms at any time by ceasing to use the Services and deleting your account. Web Technologies s.r.o. may terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your rights to use the Services will immediately cease, and any User Content or data associated with your account may be deleted.

9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Web Technologies s.r.o., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:
(i) your use of the Services;
(ii) your breach of these Terms;
(iii) your violation of any rights of a third party; or
(iv) your User Content or actions on third-party websites accessed via our Services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Web Technologies s.r.o. disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Web Technologies s.r.o. does not warrant that:
(i) the Services will meet your requirements;
(ii) the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; or
(iii) any errors or defects in the Services will be corrected.

You agree that your use of the Services is at your sole risk. All services are supplied without warranty.

11.  Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Web Technologies s.r.o. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

(i) Direct or Indirect Damages: Including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or use of the Services.
(ii) Actions by Third Parties: Including any claims, damages, or penalties resulting from your use of third-party websites or services accessed via the software.
(iii) Software Limitations or Malfunctions: As the software is open-source and provided under the Apache 2.0 license, you acknowledge that Web Technologies s.r.o. cannot guarantee its performance, accuracy, or fitness for your purposes.

The total liability of Web Technologies s.r.o., if any, will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid for the Services in the three months preceding the claim.


Some of the products provided by Web Technologies s.r.o. is a may execute user-configured actions. The company does not control, direct, or initiate interactions with any third-party websites unless explicitly instructed by the user. Users are solely responsible for all actions performed using the software.


Users are solely responsible for:
(i) Ensuring that their use of the software complies with applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms of service.
(ii) Understanding and adhering to the terms, policies, and restrictions of any third-party websites accessed using the software.
(iii) Obtaining any necessary permissions or authorizations from third-party website owners, if required.

All disputes or claims arising from your use of the Services will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Czech Republic, rather than in court.

12. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share information. You agree to review and comply with the Privacy Policy posted at https://webtechnologies.cz/privacy-policy.html.

13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Web Technologies s.r.o. regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
